What the simulator stores
A practice reservation contains traveler nicknames, flight choices, seats, bag counts, meal preferences, assistance preferences, and simulation progress. Your Trip PIN is hashed before storage. We do not request legal names, emails, phone numbers, dates of birth, addresses, payment details, or passport numbers.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential HTTP-only cookies identify your booking and authorized trip session. Explorer achievements and Guide Mode preferences are stored locally in your browser. Clearing browser data removes that local progress.
Retention
Incomplete booking sessions expire after 24 hours. Practice reservations expire after 90 days. A daily cleanup deletes expired records and related trip data. You can delete local Explorer progress from its page.
Diagnostics and analytics
Operational logs help diagnose failures without logging PINs or traveler details. If configured for production, Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate traffic and performance information. There are no advertising trackers or session replay tools.
Reservation access
Someone with both your confirmation code and Trip PIN can open the practice trip. Keep them private. Repeated failed lookup attempts are temporarily limited.
